BUT if you’re adding on colored lights to your DJ/Band package please make sure to request they don’t use them during your entrances or formal dances. Colored lighting will cast patches of green and purple on you and your guests, which isn’t flattering for these special moments. They are always wayyyyy better with high energy dancing!

This will ensure you have everything photographed and you won’t need to go searching for something while your getting your hair and make up done.
Read MoreWhen searching for the perfect spot for getting ready pick a room that is large (if you have a lot family and friends with you) but more importantly make sure there is A LOT of natural light coming in. A great way to test this is to shut off all overhead lights and open all the shades if at or around noon the room is super bright then it’s perfect light.
